Peter is a man of the first hour, with a background of civil engineering and managing people across international projects. Peter together with his wife Barbara designed the first HR Module for IBR. They integrated their rich experience of coaching and mentoring executives across cultures in making change happen into the module. Global MBA graduates have fond memories of residential periods with them in Budapest, Riga, Kyiv, Odessa, St. Petersburg, and Vladimir. Today, Peter is emeritus. He headed IBRs Human Resource Group for many years. He and Barbara are members of IBRs strategic advisory group.
