As an engineering graduate of Israel’s most famous technical university the Technion, Eli started his career in Eastern Europe with strategy development for IBR. He was part of a team that led IBR to win international MBA market leadership in Ukraine 20 years back. He complemented his technical academic background with the management acumen of IBRs international MBA, a prototype of today’s Global MBA.
Under his leadership IBR created one of the most sophisticated and efficient IT based study support systems at Steinbeis University Berlin, which set the foundations for him to share knowledge and experience gained in operations management in Europe, Asia, and Africa. IBR students know him for his abilities as an astute strategist and draws accolades wherever he teaches and coaches.
