Andrea is a qualified psychologist, coach, lecturer, and supervisor since 1999. She is passionate about facilitating the development of management skills in the corporate world. She creates incredible learning environments nationally and internationally in which master students reflect own management behaviour and whilst being coached shape their personalities for the next level in their careers. Andrea has been appointed as university lecturer in Germany and Austria.
